民進黨主席蔡英文29日將啟程訪問美國，外交部次長高振群今天(27日)在立法院外交國防委員會受訪時表示，外交部重視蔡英文的訪美行程，已經聯繫蔡英文辦公室，會盡力在機場通關、交通、旅館等方面給予協助。
高振群說：『(原音)我們有跟蔡主席辦公室聯絡，因為她是我們主要政黨負責人，而且是下屆總統候選人，我們非常重視她訪問美國，包括她的禮遇，希望能給予協助，那蔡主席很客氣，說行程會自己安排，我們會從旁協助。』
